So, let’s jump right into it. “Who is Ernest Hale and what is he all about?” Glad you asked. I am an entrepreneur, owner of Xauti, EXE Cloud Technologies & Hale Family Ventures. A person of deep faith. A husband to my wife of 14 years and father of 4 amazing children.
I live by a simple philosophy that governs all of my decisions: “do unto others as you would have them do unto you.” Let me be the first to say, I want all that is good in life. I want the best. I want to give the best. So, each day I strive to give my best through speaking, coaching, mentorship, the way I conduct business, how I lead my family, and the example I set for others.

These questions can create unneeded stress and waste time. Let me help you to navigate the terrain of career development with the real-world knowledge I have gained from entering the IT industry as a social-media support engineer with only a GED, to becoming a cloud engineer and tech entrepreneur earning a degree and multiple certifications along the way.
